Positives:
I was charged twice for my room and I’ve been trying to get a refund for one charge however it hasn’t happened yet. I’ve called multiple times to try to speak with the manger however the lady answering the phone is very rude told me I was lying bout my room number wouldn’t let me speak with manager wouldn’t give me her name and told me she didn’t want to talk to me and keeps hanging up on me very very poor staff however the guy on night shift he was awesome

The room wasn’t clean, there was bugs in the room and the front deck employees were nasty. I accidentally lock myself out of the room with my child asleep in the room. When I asked for a key to get back into the room the employee at the front desk at first told me no. Then gave me a key after they said they were going to call the police. Finally got in to the room after an hour. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

nothing! the most horrible place to stay! we ended up not staying and having trouble still to get my money back! they are liars!!!

everything! the place is absolutely disgusting. very dirty!! while we were there for ten minutes we heard about theft, saw a drug deal, ruined my brand new suv in the parking space(spike sticking out) , the room was filthy and had stained sheets and had blood stains on the one bed. I told them I didn’t want to stay there I checked out and wanted a full refund. they keep saying they’ll refund me and I still haven’t gotten it! and I went for thanksgiving
