They took my money for a reservation that didn't exist and won't refund it. I was trying to book immediately for my daughter who was in a medical crisis on the road. They booked me for the following evening instead. When she showed up, no reservation and no refund for me.

Hotel staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was very quiet. Lots of amenities in the room so I could keep meal hot or cold and Kurtis coffee maker was great for an early morning.
Negatives:
First thing I saw was torn up sidewalk at entrance and an old dusty chandelier in lobby. Decor is dated and dark carpet in bedrooms is off putting.
