We stayed in the room for a total of 30 minutes. We found roaches, took photographs, the room was filthy. We packed our belongings and left immediately: we stopped at the desk to check out and explained the roaches and the front desk women screamed at us, insulted us, and refused to refund us. She said “that’s not the room that has the roaches!” We already emailed booking.com customer service and never received a response. We would like a refund.

I chose this place because it showed a very nice breakfast. Online pictures showed a full breakfast bar. In actuality - the breakfast bar had coffee (no cream, tea or artificial sweeteners), small miniature powdered donuts lined in a case with miniature muffins. Nothing else. No other drinks, milk, or other foods. NONE! If that is the case, stop lying to people online. There was a sign on the bar that said "do not remove breakfast items from breakfast bar," which was hilarious in light of the fact there was nothing to take. Very disappointing false advertising.

Room#238 smell like someone urinated all the room asked for another room #228 had bedbugs and flies was flying all in the room. Just nasty and dirty.
