Dog poop all over sidewalk to get to front door. walked into lobby, odor and floors so dirty, rugs soiled!
Staff was not welcoming. They were more concerned about welcoming pets.
Room-rug was sticky! Room smelled.
Looked like dirt was just put in corners.
Did not have hot water. very lukewarm at best.
Only stayed one night instead of numerous nights.

love how room was decorated the property was very nice.
Negatives:
The only thing that I did not like was that one of housekeeper did not knock and announce herself she just key into my room because she thought the room was already clean because it was down on her paper that it was. Thank god I had just gotten dress thinking it was my boyfriend coming in and it wasn’t but she did apologize.
