Positives:
My room smelled so awful. Smoke was coming through the vents. Pot and regular smoke. My daughter was tying to sleep but put a pillow over her head. There was a group of people next to us screaming in Spanish. I called downtowns and they didnt do anything. My daughter was trying to sleep and we were unpacked and we didnt want to move.
Negatives:
The beds were bouncy like a shallow twin mattress. It smelled so bad. And when I went downstairs for breakfast there was no food left. The basketball team boys demolished the food and they didnt replenish for the little girls that also needed the foot for gymnastics. We got gross scraps of oatmeal.

The breakfast was wonderful. The gentleman that cooked was very nice and the food was great. The room faced the water and it was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, area events, etc.
Negatives:
The fridge in our room was off and the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. No biggie. Just a tad inconvenient.

Water pressure was not sufficient. The closet door would not even close. The beds were really uncomfortable. The hotel rooms did not have anything larger than 2 doubles in 2 bed room rooms.
