Positives: Booking. Com over booked the hotel. They also mis advertised the hotel. The manager said this happens all the time. Booming .co. overlooks the hotel and claims that the hotel has double rooms. They do not. Getting a refund from booking.com takes an act of congress. Customer support hung up twice. Still haven't received a refund.

Negatives: The shower was disgusting. The shower looked worse then some sewers i have seen. After a long day at work then a 3-4 hour drive to Raleigh i was looking forward to taking a nice hot shower, yeah no, not in that bathroom. I was afraid of catching some unknown disease.

Positives: Plenty of hot water for a bath. Close to airport, although very loud because directly in flight path of RDU. Free parking.

Negatives: I booked this room to have kitchen facilities along with the room. There were no dishes in the room when we arrived, and when I asked the clerk for dishes, he said he would bring them up later because he had to wash them. The freezer door on the refrigerator did not close fully and cold water had leaked, and continued to leak, from the kitchen across the floor, making the carpet in the bedroom area wet. Had to put down a towel for that; it was soaked by morning. This room was advertised as having a "suite"--there was not "suite." There was one connected kitchen-bedroom area with a broken refrigerator. Very disappointing facility.
