There was a $50 deposit that I wasnt informed about when I purchased the reservation or at the desk, the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. We heard loud noises the whole stay and when I went to check out I had to wait 15 minutes for a employee to come to the front desk.

I liked the air in the room and in general in the hotel. It didn’t smell anything, which is good . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The heater in the swimming pool is still not working. They offered us to use their sister hotel swimming pool. It is 10 min driving away. I believe the heater was out of order for a while now, and the hotel probably decided it was ok not to do anything about it. The 406 room was noisy because of the compressor working right above it on the roof. We were offered to move to another room, which was nice. The breakfast is basic and even though we came at 8 am it was almost nothing to eat. We were explained that we have to wait until they bring more food. We had to wait for coffee, too. The next day it was the same story. The food was rather scarce, and you have to wait
