Between Wednesday, Dec 17th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before Tuesday, Dec 16th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If cancelled after Wednesday, Dec 17th, 2025 at 12:00 AM, 49 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at 12:00 AM.

Positives: The location was great. The coffee shop next door was amazing! We were able to walk to local attractions.

Negatives: The shower didn't get warm until we complained to the front desk. The parking garage was closed at the front desk level, which made us nervous about the safety of our vehicle.
