I was double charged for my stay, resulting in 634 of my funds for food and leisure being unavailable for my entire stay. The hotel apologized but did nothing to make it right. Just told me my account was charged by mistake and it would be returned to my card in 3-5 business days. This did nothing to help me get through the weekend.
