Negatives:
Room was much smaller than anticipated. If you didn’t know to turn on the light at the front of the room, no other lights worked. Bathroom door didn’t shut, so not a lot of privacy. Parking was a nightmare. You had to find some random place to park to go check in and then had to get back in your car to go park in a parking deck that you had to pay for additionally. Then to unload and wait forever for the elevator to come, you couldn’t use the elevator from the bottom floor to even go check and you had to take the stairs. God for bid you bring your bags with you.

I liked the location and the beds were fairly comfortable and the staff was nice.
Negatives:
It wasn't very clean, and we ended up cleaning once we got there just to feel comfortable. The bathroom and floors were just pretty dirty.

The location was good.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The decor is dark and drab. Stains in the room and ground floor sitting area. There was no soap in the shower and I had to call the front desk for replenishment plus tissues immediately upon arrival. I was the only person staying and the room still had left over hairs and stains from the previous stay. Not the most clean place. And they charged my room bill some miscellaneous charges which were not mine.

The location is the best! We were in walking distance of many shops and restaurants and a short care ride away from museums and attractions. The bed is always comfortable. The shower is great.

When we initially checked in, even after I checked in online, the person at the desk couldn't find my reservation.
