Bed was big and comfortable. Towels and linen were clean and new. Room was a good size.
Negatives:
Room smelt like cheap disinfectant. Had to put on aircon for a few hours to air it out before we could go in. Shower did not work properly. Both bath and shower ran at same time due to broken tap. Woken up by noise frequently.

Dated needed exterior remodel. Rooms dated but were clean. Bed was soso.
