Most of the staff were very kind. Breakfast was edible. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Chairs blocking fire exits to stairs. I should report you to the fire marshall. Dinner at Amelia’s was expensive and terrible. Service was way below average even though there was plenty of help. I feel I paid high price for top class facility and was betrayed. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable! I won’t be back!!!!!!
