This was a beautiful location online and even in person until we got in our room the bugs n nets was all over the place by the 2nd day it was bugs all in the shower. The shower wasn't clean we ended having to move our family to another room.

The breakfast was nice and all of the staff was wonderful. I came into breakfast last minute and a nice gentleman there helped me to still be able to have breakfast.
Negatives:
The reason I booked a stay here is because of the facilities they advertised. However, to my disappointment, their spa was closed. Alarms were going off and the place seemed to be making significant renovations. Airport shuttles were not available. I was not informed of this prior to making these reservations. I expected better of a highly reputable hotel with a high price.

The property has been recently remodeled & it looks so modern and sleek inside now. All the facilities were clean & the staff was very nice.
Negatives:
Since the remodel they removed the jacuzzi & increased the size of the pool (not heated)
