Anesia at the front desk was the best part of the hotel, she was very helpful and extremely attentive to all our needs and concerns! She takes a lot of pride in her job and it showed from the first day thru our last day! She even gave me her personal number and when I contacted her when she had already clocked out for the day she quickly responded with an answer! This girl deserves all the credit!! I hope to meet up with her in our future travels just not at this hotel unfortunately! Best wishes girl you were amazing!!!!

It’s a non smoking facility and we found a cigarette on top of a picture in the bathroom. The tub was solid mold around the caulking. We had an employee walk into our room to hand me coat hangers while I was trying to take a nap. We found a sewing needle on the floor and our door had to close on its own cause it wasn’t set correctly.

I was charged a deposit twice and they are not willing to give me my money back, I’ve reached out several times and they say I wasn’t but I have banking transactions that say otherwise. Booking.com has not responded to my request either.

I like that the manager was able to work with us as far as room accommodations and checking out smoothly. She’s very nice and helpful. I also liked that there was a stovetop on the room and the larger trash cans for the kitchen area.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like was the price. It’s kind of on the expensive side and the area isn’t that high class to be charging so much for the week.

The room smelt like cigarettes, the bed was broken had a huge crater in it. The shower didn’t drain, all the counters were sticky. When we checked in it took them 10 minutes to come to the counter after calling them. AND there was a roach in the lobby. NEVER AGAIN
