The location was great. Right across from shopping and eating. Downtown was only about 15 minutes away

The bathroom in my room was so nasty. It was like someone had went in and sprayed bleach in the air, but didn’t really clean. Ended up having to bleach it myself The kids on the other floors were super loud all day and into the night.

The location and size of the room.

There was no actual lobby, there was a hold placed on my card, as if there was something worth taking. The elevator walls were sticky and the hallway carpets were not clean in my opinion. The room curtains were slightly ripped and needed washing. Overall, it was just not a good stay for me, and I will never stay at another Extended Stay America again, unless major updates have been made. A true lesson learned in saving a $ for me.

Positives:
I complained to the staff about noise that the upstairs people was making they did nothing. I let the first 2 days go by but the 3rd day I complained all day after I complained they stomped intentionally even more I called all that day the staff was rude to me. At 2am being I had to work at 7am I called to complain again. Went to ask them to stop making noise they stomped even more. Guy comes down with a gun on my 16 year old son and guess what we was asked to come to the office went down and guess what 3 police office says they request for you and your family to leave confused on why when were the ones to complain. Now it’s 4 in the morning my son has school I have work now we have to find a place to go. Didn’t even get my deposit or remainder of my days back. I was treated like I did something wrong. Worse hotel I ever been only was there because I was waiting on my house to be finished and it was actually affordable.
