There was a birthday party with excessive noise on the second night, complained and asked for another room, they were full so left. Manager said we would only be charged for one night; just checked my credit card bill and we were charged for the entire stay.- $1275.00- This isn't over yet.

I DID NOT STAY THERE. THERE WAS AN EVACUATION OF THE PROPERTY DUE TO POLICE ORDERS AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HOTEL AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOILD CALL ME WHEN IT WIULD BE SAFE TO RETURN SO I HAD TO FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS !

We loved the staffs friendly attitudes and helpfulness. They were always helpful and supportive to us during the whole time. We had to fix our car and they were great about it all the time.
Negatives:
The pool was out of order and I do water exercises and had family wanting to swim and we couldn't do that with them. That disappointed us since we decided on this hotel because of the pool.

Room smelled musty and had an odor because carpet needs to be replaced. Wallpaper is coming apart on the walls. Shower had hair in it and Shower floor is stained. Side door couldn't be opened with room key. Told it doesn't work right now. Bed linens definitely need to be replaced

Location was good for us to reach our final destination. Roslynn was the friendliest check in person I have ever dealt with. It was a hot day and she made sure we went to our room with extra water.
