Good stay
Positives:
The night front desk guy and his coworker was very helpful when I had to change rooms at midnight.
Negatives:
In my first room, there was a petroleum/kerosene smell. I am not positive what it was, but it was unbearable. My dog wouldn't settle down, he paced, climbed all over me. I believe he could smell it more. After I called the front desk, I was given another room. Fresh. My dog climbed on his blanket and immediately fell asleep. Lucky for him, not so much for me.

Superb
Positives:
The location and room was excellent. Very clean rooms, very comfortable stay.
Negatives:
The Staff need to be trained. We stayed for 4 nights. My husband and I arrived around 7:15 pm for check in tired after a long drive. I went in for check in. The man at the Reception was on the phone, talking, talking, talking and talking. He just wouldn't stop. Finally, when my husband came in with all the luggage and wondered and asked me why I was still not checked in, the guy heard it, got off the phone and checked us in.
The only lady at the morning breakfast counter could not speak a word of English. I am myself an immigrant and believe that the good hotels should either train the Staff to speak English or hire people who speak English. I am gluten free and it was very difficult for the lady to understand. Finally, I had to go to the Reception where the lady that morning helped me.
