Positives:
From checking in to leaving it was a simple and easy process. We came for a canes game and our anniversary. I mentioned it and asked for just a simple note but they went above and beyond to make us feel special. I loved the surprise and everything they did for us. The staff at this hotel are incredibly nice and thoughtful. They checked in throughout the day and ensured we were taken care of and if we needed anything. The breakfast was an array of food and the snack room was very beneficial getting there later from the game. (We couldn't check in until after the game due to the time we were arriving in and that was no problem what so ever to check in after the game.) The bar was very nice and had a good selection of wines and alcohol. I would absolutely stay here again next year when we come!

The fact that I payed and checked in Friday night and got a call from front desk that Saturday morning telling me they had no record of me of me in tjay room after I payed at 300 dollars for 2 nights the night before so I jad to take time out of my morning to go to front desk with my card and do it all over. That was very inconvenient and I even showed proof of the fact I had already payed so my money was tied up for almost a week waiting for my money to grt jack on card because I had to repay for my stay.
