Only 1 room was ready for check in when we arrived at 4:30, after traveling 12 hours to get there. No house keeping came to clean or restock towels, toilet paper, in room 326 also no body wash. Beds were very uncomfortable. I have an allergy to feathers and over half or our pillows were feather. Requested rooms be near each other and they were on 2 separate floors
