I booked through this site. I told the lady I had paid. She said that was only to reserve so I paid again. Checking my account I was charged twice. I spoke with the check in and told her I said I had paid. I somehow was charged a third time. I filed a complaint

Positives:
The 3pm snacks. The breakfast was good, but needs a few adjustments. The staff was excellent. The room, hallways, and lobby were clean and welcoming.
Negatives:
The breakfast adjustments: turkey sausage was nasty, no danishes, coffee was weak(both), egg omelets were hard, and need cinnamon for oatmeal.
The breakfast staff was kind but needs a serv-safe class. Different times, things not handled in a cleanly manner.

Positives:
Parking was close to the entrance
Negatives:
Floor had "red" stains on it.
Advertised Double Queen size beds were a actually a Queen size and twin xl
Sheets felt slightly wet due to the humid un ventilated room
Sheets were both dirty and thin and beds do not have a traditional "comforter" blanket rather a thin "quilt"
Bathroom has no fan so moisture and smells will stay in the bathroom
Bathroom is small, could not open shower door without pushing in the bathroom door lock
Tv is small, 32 inch seems very small for the room and if you are sharing the room the tv is in the middle so only one side of the room can see it fully
Also one of the lamps had a dead light bulb and the refrigerator stunk
