The location.
Negatives:
I didn't like that they didn't have any luggage carts when we checked in or out. the person checking us in didn't make any effort to find one. As a guest that's paying, we shouldn't have to make that many trips back and forth to our vehicle to carry our stuff. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience nor make eye contact. it seemed as if I'm at work and didn't want to be bothered.
