Negatives:
I arrived for my prepaid three-night Thanksgiving stay only to be told my reservation had been canceled without any notice. The front desk employee couldn’t explain why it was canceled, but then offered to give me a room at a higher rate and said they could not honor the price I originally booked.
I declined and was forced to find another hotel during a holiday weekend, after an 8 hour drive, which was exactly as fun as it sounds. To add insult to injury, I then had to go through Booking.com to get my refund instead of the hotel handling it properly.
Unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone risk their holiday plans on a hotel that can cancel your reservation without warning and then try to charge you more to fix it.

Coffee was hot although took a while to make with the individual coffee maker machine Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Had breakfast two days. One day the eggs & sausage were cold. Other day fine.
Checked in and TV was on Spanish. There was no simple way to revert it to English. Tried to call front desk but room phone didn't work. (was later told they don't work by staff). Went to lobby only to wait for a nice lady who was doing 3 jobs at once (dealing with customer complaints, check-in, restocking fridge..). After several attempts and on the phone w someone, she was able to fix it.
Be CAREFUL of parking! What looks like hotel parking is not and they fine you.

During my stay I was assigned a room across the hall from someone who had a dog in their room which the barking disturbed my rest around 5:00 am and I notified the front desk of this situation in the future guest should be reminded that pets are on the lower level rooms in order to avoid this from happening during a visit to your hotel.
