There were no eggs for the breakfast and that was the only part I could eat due to allergies.

The squished roach guts on the wall above the bathroom door, no conditioner in the shower. Night staff was short and dismissive and that's not what you expect in a hotel.

We had to be switched rooms because the shower didn’t work and a lot of big stains on the carpet. The appliances and furniture was very dated and had a stale stitch to the space. The staff and attendant was extremely kind and helpful, though.

The king-size bed provided exceptional comfort, complemented by the balcony and kitchen amenities. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were quite palatable, and the pool access was appreciated.

The staff's demeanor was perceived as unwelcoming. Furthermore, the hallways were excessively warm, and the response from the check-in personnel was unhelpful. The facility had only one operational elevator, with the other out of service. Additionally, the balcony door was non-functional, and a wasp nest on the balcony presented a potential health hazard.

Customer service was good and the area was great. Very close proximity to nearly everything that was in the weekend plans. I loved the digital hotel room key and the convenience it was.

Upon arrival, it was some leaking ceilings so it made me slightly nervous about my stay. Ideally for the price I was expecting my room to be slightly bigger than what it was. I booked a king suite with a balcony, however, very big rats were spotted from the 5th floor balcony. Made the stay slightly uncomfortable but because we were so tired and traveling all day we opted to stay and just ride things out and make the best out of it.
