Prime location. You are in walking distance to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store a nice park and somewhat of a gaming/bowling alley place. The area is nice, clean and trendy. Being from a major city I would liken it to an Uptown Village area where you can take the dogs to the park, go to the spa, eat sushi, get coffee, take a walk, etc.
Negatives:
Property furniture could use upgrade. Not very comfortable , specifically the bed which appeared to be slightly caved in.

Great location, able to walk to so many places. Breakfast was good, facilities clean and nice, pleasant aesthetics, and had everything you need like grab and go food (even doggie treats) and drinks ( both non alcoholic & alcoholic) , water in lobby, even a pool table and an area to gather outside of rooms. Pool was closed for season but area looked nice & inviting. Beds soft but comfy. Room had plenty of space for 2 friends, was very clean and had all amenities ( micro, mini fridge, cups/plates/silverware).
Negatives:
We were there for 4 days. Asked for some light room service on day 3 (trash taken out, some new towels , quick sweep on uncarpeted floors etc) because no one had come by yet but never happened. Finally had to take our own trashes out and go to lobby to ask for toilet paper! Not a huge deal, everyone working there was super nice, but when you 're paying a decent price at a good hotel you expect to not have to do those things. However, would likely stay here again if back in area because of all the pros about the hotel in general.

Nice hotel, great location in North Hills
Positives:
The breakfast was actually really delicious! The location was excellent for walking and getting meals, next to grocery and pharmacy, shopping. Very nice employees, clean, comfortable bed. Kitchen was nice, but we didn’t use for one night stay. Free parking.
Negatives:
The street noise was a little loud in the evening and someone was intentionally squealing tires for long periods in a nearby parking garage. However it ultimately quieted down overnight.

Great stay near Downtown with complementary parking and WiFi. Also great restaurants near by

Breakfast was average for a free breakfast. Coffee was good, wish you had French vanilla creamer. Staff were wonderful, hotel is very puppy friendly. Thank you for welcoming our furr baby with open arms, she has a wonderful time. Parking was a little dicey for a large vehicle, but we made it work. We will be back again, hopefully soon.
