Between Monday, Oct 2nd, 2023 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 3rd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 3rd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: I liked the location, it is right across the street from where my family lives. For the most part, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

Negatives: I didn't like that there were hairballs in the corners of the room we stayed in. I also didn't like that whenever I went to the bar during my stay the only mixed drinks that were available were a peach whiskey sour or a Moscow mule.
