Positives: From the outside coming up the hill it looks like a beautiful hotel. The main corridor is huge but once inside going to the elevator u kind of see the change.

Negatives: The elevators and they said no smoking but I smelled weed on the 4th floor where I was. One of the front desk tried to beat me and give me 2 queen beds when I paid for a king room.

Negatives: The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life I had a horrible experience the treatment of one of the receptionists Rita was very bad and the majority of the staff except the cleaning staff the receptionists have very bad treatment with people the rooms are dirty and old very bad breakfast don't go To that hotel there are better ones at the same price and the receptionist Rita is super rude and arrogant I don't know how she works in customer service that type of people I stayed one night more paid but I left early because of this person

Negatives: The hotel was dirty and in bad shape. Screaming kids in the lobby at check in. Continental Breakfast and coffee were not provided as indicated. Elevator button on the 3rd floor was not operational.
