The area.
Negatives:
Some of the staff were so busy into reading or on their cell phones that they did not even look up when you passed by. The breakfast was not always available at 6 am. The elevator worked when it wanted to. The common areas were not always very clean.

Hotel is in a very good location near 440 in Raleigh. the staff is very kind.
Negatives:
The hotel needs to be updated. The rooms, however are clean. One elevator was broken, and the other one was iffy.. The elevators definitely need to be updated.
