Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The MainStay Suites® Raleigh North hotel makes sure our guests can get to where they need to go without issue. It smelled. Everything was old. Sheets were not clean. I agreed for hangers and got an assortment of old hangers, random sizes and colors.

Alright, check this out the bed was hard, also very small even for a king. My towels had stains on them, keep in mind you have to pay for towels. Also when you walk in the building be prepared for the smell, even the rooms. Staff as well poor communication with each other. Moral of the story the price NOT! worth it, go somewhere with QUALITY of your stay.!

Gentleman that checked us in was rude. My boyfriend needed a restroom and the guy told him he didn’t have one he could use. The guy ignored him when repeatedly about it. I was upset because I seen that there was in fact restroom my boyfriend could have used by the exercise room.
Negatives:
They have a kitchen area but have no dishes or anything to use. Also what is the point of having dishwasher when there is no dishes.

Honestly the hotel is very unclean. I was told they’d change towels every 3-4 days and never did!! House keeping is supposed to go in on Thursday’s but nada. The elevator stopped working on our fourth day there and had to use the stairs. You can’t access the stairway from out side you must go in through the front entrance. Also I find it extremely important to have a smoke alarm in the room where there’s a kitchen but there was no smoke alarm. Also while trying to use the kitchen the lights kept flickering on and off. You do have to pay $5 for a towel exchange keep in mind
