It was in the perfect location for our needs.
Negatives:
There was a musty/unpleasant smell in the hallway and our room. Our room was clean but a bit shabby. (Hooks coming off the wall, crowded bathroom vanity, tired bathtub- a walk in shower with a grab bar would have been safer.) We bought some air freshener. The toilet's chain stuck one night & we had to jiggle it to get the tank to fill up.

Location to NCS stadium was good, 15-20 minute walk. Plenty of parking spaces. Sitting area by fireplace very cozy.
Negatives:
Outside doors not locked, anyone could come into building, anytime day or middle of night.
Shower head in 228 caused little water pressure, different shower head in 330, great water pressure.
Carpeting between 228,230 curled up… we all tripped walking between rooms
Not much variety at breakfast.
Bathroom electric outlet room 230 came half out of wall when I unplugged dryer to plug in coffee maker.
Refrigerators needs updating to include freezer.
Hiked to get to “one” elevator. Definitely got in our steps during our 4 day stay.
