Apparently not enough parking for the number of guests (although maybe it could accommodate them if they knew how to park). Smells like BO despite the superficial puff of perfume. Posted notices that do not exactly inspire confidence: we'll see if I get mugged or my car broken into. Just spend the few extra dollars to go somewhere that does not pose a threat to your property and well-being.
