Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. The staff is great and very helpful The facilities are clean and much has been done to update the rooms. No carpet which I firmly believe is an excellent change I’m seeing it hotels.
Negatives:
The room I had this trip Hardee’s in shower. The shower head had no way to attach high enough for me to stand under. And the shower floor didn’t contain the water. I’m not sure this room had been fully renovated to the more updated standard. Everything was clean and up to the same standards as my previous rooms.

I’ve stayed here several times. I love the staff, they’re always helpful & kind. Typically I can get the sand room out of couple rooms I prefer. My last visit wasn’t able to I headed up with a room on the opposite side of the building where I usually stay. It ended up there wasn’t a parking space for me and I had a difficult time unloading. I had to walk through the grass because to access it the room by way of the sidewalk would’ve tripled the distance I had to walk. I have very bad knees and try not to carry heavy things long distances. It also seemed like one car was just parked there semi abandoned. Maybe they were riding with somebody else if they left during the day. I don’t know.
I was in a suite with a walk-in shower that was set for handicap. However, the water kept flooding into the rest of the bathroom floor, and there was the shower nozzle, which was removable really didn’t have any way to hook it so that I could stand up and take a shower. It wasn’t an appropriate removable handicap shower spray. At least not in my experience. And the tiled shower itself left something to be desired. It was not as nice as the other rooms I’ve stayed in. The other rooms I’ve stayed in. Have been top quality always super clean, convenient easy for me to unload my vehicle right out the door I’ve had no complaints within whatsoever.
(I also think someone stole my gas cap while I was there. There’s no other place. It could’ve disappeared. That is not on the hotel. That’s on whoever took it. There was just a little too much extra traffic while I was trying to unload my car and couldn’t keep my eye on it the whole time due to where I had to park just to unload it.)

Really there isn’t much that I dislike about this property. As I said, I love all the staff I’ve met. They’ve been very kind and very helpful every time I’ve been there. I’ve liked the rooms. I enjoy that. I have a suite with an area where I can put my food, (a real fridge & freezer!) cook, relax, have WiFi & is typically easy to park, load & unload my vehicle.

The biggest complaint about my stay is the presence of bedbugs, I woke up with bites all over my body as I didn't realize they were present until it was too late. The room looked messy and there were lights in the room that didn't work. The room had a weird smell to it. The furniture in the room was old, especially the little sofa as it the leather was torn and had very visible signs of wear.
