Non-smoking rooms were Very smoky smelling. Floors were often dirty and water pressure was not strong. Overall not a very clean rooms. Very outdated.

The room was filthy, the door did not shit properly, the locks did not work so i had to push the chair in-front of the door to keep it closed and then did not sleep because I was concerned about my children’s safety! When I enquired to cancel my return stay at the end of the week and my concerns they were ignored and I was charged for both night even AFTER canceling my other stay for 6 days later! Stay away if you want a safe place that is also clean for yourself and your family!!! Never again!!!

Masters is a very very convenient area in any direction you choose. Eating and shopping. You get clean towels everyday. Is very quite. Especially when is time to sleep Thats what I look for too..

The hotel needs serious upgrades. There were hardly any outlets to plug in electronic devices. The towels were threadbare and the noise of the heating air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off and sleep in the cold without heat.
