The room was nice, bed comfy & the front desk guy was AWESOME!!! Not sure his name but he really was amazing!! (White guy with glasses, bald with facial hair)
Negatives:
My refrigerator did not work!!! Then the TV wouldn't work( the front desk guy came to fix it), the microwave didn't even have a plate, so I couldn't use that. The AC unit barely worked & was super loud!! If it wasn't for the nice front desk guy.....we would have asked for a refund & left!!!

Waffles were good. Easy on and off Route 95. Comfortable beds. Very limited breakfast. Good for stop over stay. Good choices of restaurants in the area.
Negatives:
The fridge was missing parts. Lampshades are damaged. Broken light switch, thus why only 1 bulb in lamp. Stain on the floor. Plastic bag covering something on the ceiling. Hallway carpets need cleaning. Smelled like weed sometimes in the hall and in elevator. I paid a very discounted rate, so in my opinion, I got what I paid for or assigned the worst available room.
