I have stayed at this facility every year the last several years, this was the first time I wasn't satisfied, this room must have not been on the list for new things, usually the bad is very comfortable, the pillows are comfortable this room was not. Bathtub water would not drain when we took showers the water would fill up to your calves. So this time staying here was not like every other stay at this facility. But that's not saying I wouldn't stay again, just not that room!

Not sure if it was a hotel issue or booking. Com issue. I selected pay at check in because I reserved the room for a friend. When she went to check it the credit card I used to reserve the room had already been charged.
