Worst experience ever. The front staff were EXTREMELY rude. I was told upon checking in that they didn't receive the payment from Booking.com. I contacted Booking and they went back and forth with the hotel for 2 hours. Finally the front desk attendant said he was putting us in the room, even though they hadn't received the money, and letting the manager know so we could have everything fixed in the morning.
When I went to check out, the manager told me they had received the money. Great. NOPE! The hotel charged me the ENTIRE price of the room, PLUS 40%. They NEVER mentioned this. So I paid over 2x the price for the hotel. They charged this to my card without me EVER signing an authorization form. They then tried to tell me it's written on their website that they would do this, and when we asked for them to show us, they screamed at us to leave the hotel or they were calling the cops.
The room was tiny. The "city view" was of an old train station. The bathroom had ZERO privacy. The shower was see-through, so if someone had to use the toilet or sink, they saw you in the shower. Also, the door to the toilet room didn't even close.
Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
