Shower flooded half of the room and damaged most of my luggage. Went to call front desk for help and phone did not work in room. Also asked front desk for a little time to check out since I was busy cleaning up the mess and was told sorry but no.

Lots of potential but staff...
Positives:
The location was great for the concert that they had. The lounge and outdoor areas were superb. The guest services and housekeeping were always so helpful. Our friends loft/room was so roomy u may consider it for the next stay.
Negatives:
The price was a bit steep but we got through it. There wasn’t anything else about the hotel that didn’t meet my expectations or that I didn’t like. This was our second time staying here so we will be back.

The room was nicely decorated and very well appointed, and the views were great. The location is also great, right in the middle of the downtown riverfront. The bed was excellent, it's one of the first times I've ever stayed in a hotel and my back didn't hurt because of the difference in the hotel mattress and my mattress at home. All around a great experience!
Negatives:
The room was a little pricey, and the staff at the rooftop restaurant could have been friendlier. Although the rooms are a little expensive, given the location and the prices of surrounding establishments, they aren't unreasonable.
