The location of this hotel was perfect, we walked the river walk to beautiful downtown in a short distance. The view from our room was amazing. The roof top bar was a vibe everyone needs. Great location and beautiful hotel.

Only thing that would top this hotel off is a hot tub in the pool area but pool was very warm.

We stayed on a floor that was under renovation and so there was construction debris all through the hallway. There were fans going continuously throughout the hotel as they had a water leak somewhere and were trying to dry it out. The rooftop bar was closed for the season but there was no mention of this on their website or anywhere else. We paid for valet parking but on Saturday when we called the car it took them 25 minutes to bring the car around. We also had a billing problem when we checked out causing confusion. Just not a good experience for our wedding Anniversary.

The entire hotel staff were unfriendly and almost unhelpful. The concierge when we checked in never looked at me and was very flat. I had to ask for directions to the parking deck twice. We had a very nice server at breakfast but all of her coworkers in the restaurant were rude. The coffee station was at a coffee bar outside of the restaurant- there were no signs indicating that was where we obtained drinks for breakfast, and the server I asked actually said "obviously it is out there" pointing at the station. There were also what looked like hepa filter portable dryers everywhere- what was that about??
