I had a issue with my toilet clogging up. I reported the incident to the front desk at which later time a lady came to the door with a plunger. The housekeeper tried to give me the plunger and I responded " I'm the guest and should not be perfrmiong your job" The house keeper proceeded to try and call her supervisor in which housekeeper Anthony told me " Don't worry about it i'll take care of this"
I would also suggest that air vents get cleaned and update the couches and chairs for they are worn out and uncomfrotable.
I would also say for the price point of the hotel that a better quality hot breakfast bar should be added to the value of the establisment. In comaprrison to other hotels Mainstay falls short on that convience. Lastly not offering a military discount is quit distasteful towards those who serve.

Roomy suite with comfy beds. I liked having a full size fridge and the kitchenette included dishware and utensils. Love their courtyard for eating or even just sitting out. Close to stores, beaches, etc.
Negatives:
Only hot items for breakfast were waffles and frozen sausage biscuit sandwiches. Hard boiled eggs available as a protein. Otherwise it was cereal, muffins, bagels etc.
Kept having to have our key cards re-done as they would randomly stop working.

Everything was perfect as far as my stay, the room, and The Front Desk clerk WAS AMAZINGLY SUPER NICE & PROFESSIONAL. I wish I could have remembered her name SHE GETS 10+ STARS..I've never seen or delt with a clerk SO PROFESSIONAL!!

The room did smell a little like smoke being that I have never smoked I could smell it right away..Not too strong though!! Nothing my room Deodorizer couldn't handle!
