General management was bad. Over 4 nights the room was serviced only once after numerous requests to the front desk. Noisy. Elevator broke on day on and was never fixed. Rude staff. Unkept facilities. No coffee etc in rooms despite requests.

I appreciate the staff changed one of my rooms because I found a bug in one. Other than that rooms was clean and comfortable.

I found a bug in my room. My two room was on different floors and I was told they couldn't change them to be closer. After bug was found in one room they gave me a room on the same floor as other room after being told it was impossible.
