Positives: The staff was very helpful and accommodating cause I get to the hotel much later then I had anticipated. Breakfast was fabulous and when we need to exchange a conditioner for a shampoo it was brought up to us quickly.

Negatives: I stayed for 4 days and my room was never cleaned, I wish we could go back to pre-Covid days when rooms were regularly cleaned. I am asking for everyday but even just once in 4 days would be nice
