Positives: Very clean facility, room, entrance and coffee bar area were spotless.

Negatives: Front entrance staff not very friendly or accommodating. Husband had just come from oral surgeon and had asked for a few items to make him more comfortable, (ex: chair) but were told they could not accommodate due to type of room we booked.
