Convienent location,right off the interstate exit and 30 minutes from the national park where we were visiting.Very nice and friendly staff.Delicious lobby coffee,great selection for the continental breakfast.Our bed was super soft and comfortable,we fell asleep immediately after a long day of driving and sightseeing!

Gm was rude, unprofessional, told everyone who asked to check in a few mins early “to come back later”. Find it hard to believe there was not a clean room available a few mins early???? Then since everyone was forced to wait an extra few mins the line became overbearingly long & the GM didn’t bother to assist with the front desk while the one clerk was overwhelmed - she had no problem retreating to her office & turned a blind eye on the lobe clerk. Had used this hotel many times in the past-NEVER again
