Bar tender was obviously on drugs. (Assuming meth) hotel was dirty. Elevator was the worst Ive seen or smelt. My son was scared to go in the elevator. The whole place needs to be cleaned and renovated.

called about dogs barking past midnight on our floor.my husband went down to the front desk the lady said she hadnt heard that- which he replied my wife already called. About 10minutes later the frontdesk gal came upstairs and let HER 3 dogs out!

Positives:
The pool has a nice slide and a play area for little ones. The breakfast was nice they had eggs, sausage, French toast, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt and waffles each morning and plenty of it.
Negatives:
The pool water was COLD !! The 1st night I took the grandkids to the pool it was super busy and the people were partying in the hot tub they had cups everywhere trash everywhere and the water was dirty. My room I requested was one of the suites that has a separate bedroom and tv area with 2 couches. well I got a king room and no couches in it so here I was making beds on the floor for my grandkids with barley enough room for the playpen for the baby. I did ask about the suite and was told not available and all the rooms were taken. They had a wedding that evening so yes they were busy. The hallway floor was soaking wet in a few places and not sure it all from people walking from the pool caused it. There was a whole in the wall as well looked like someone kicked it. The place desperately needs a good update. A good air freshener to get the musky smell out as well. The cleaning staff needs to pay closer attention to cleaning because we found someones sock under the bed and the carpet needed a good vacuuming.

Proximity to event, lovely staff at front desk and breakfast area. Beds very comfortable, fridge and microwave available. Great amount of parking and area feels very safe. Great pricing.

The hall carpets are a lovely design and look like they're relatively new. Just sad that they were quite dirty!
