Our shower was dirty, and one of the sheets was dirty. When I complained about it, I was told that we probably did it during check-in looking for a free room. There was hair all over the shower wall and floor, it wasn't even the appropriate color to be mine.

The room wasn’t very clean. There were things from others under the beds. The water for a shower never got hot it was always lukewarm water. The hott tub also wasn’t very hot.

Negatives:
They do not come to clean your rooms daily. Our garbage was overflowing, there was a cigarette burn mark in the bedspread, there was cigarette butts down the sink drain, and there was stains all over the carpet.
The pillows were the flattest pillows, so we had to go buy our own to be able to sleep somewhat comfortably.
The continental breakfast was never stocked. Each day we went down (at least an hour or more before their hours closed), there was no hot food left, so we ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere even though we paid for this breakfast. The tables were not cleaned in the dining area.

Positives:
Breakfast was good and the location was close to what we wanted. Parking was free. Wifi seemed to work pretty well. Rooms themselves were okay, relatively clean although we had an issue with the toilet.
Negatives:
The toilet had to be repaired. The hot tub was not functional. The hotel was understaffed and the staff that were there were less than energetic. No towels were available. The hallway carpets are quite stained and in need of replacement.
