Negatives: listing was incorrect and did not provide beds needed for the stay. blame was placed on booking.com for incorrect information regarding room. In 7 years of using booking.com, this is the first time this has happened. I booked a family suite with 2 king beds and a couch. I received only one king bed and a couch and after 30hrs on the road, had to sleep on a uncomfortable couch. Very disappointing. Why would anyone pay more for that?

Negatives: After completing my reservation online, I received a text and an email to complete the registration process on line to save time. Initially I ignored the request because I was traveling, but when I received a second email asking me to do this before I arrived, I took the time to upload my drivers license, provide a credit card, acknowledge policies related to no smoker, pets, etc, and to provide vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number. So when I arrived, I was surprised and disappointed that I had to repeat all of these steps even though I told the person at the desk I had already done it online. She even tracked me down in my room insisting that I thoroughly complete the form because they needed on file. Sheesh! Really? Why pester the customer to do it in advance if you don’t use any of it? In the morning, I was told by another customer the coffee was out. The woman at the front desk was making another pot. We waited about twenty minutes for coffee while eating a waffle and cereal. At one point I asked if the coffee was ready yet. Finally, she brought out the new pot, but when she picked up the old pot found out it was full. So she said we had to use that one first. There were 314 people waiting by then. But when we tried to get coffee out of the old pot, we soon learned the pump mechanism wasn’t working. So we had to wait while she replaced the pump in the carafe before we could get coffee, instead of letting us use the new pot. Seriously, I just wanted coffee with my breakfast. The back parking lot could be improved.

Negatives: Pillows terrible, bed uncomfortable, breakfast terrible, coffee was bad and not services properly, hotel staff not attentive to needs of guests. Unable to get receipt for stay.

Negatives: Pet at hotel. She had the dog on the counter by the food. Told the person at the desk so she could remove that food.

Negatives: We only stayed one night and the receptionist said we should receive a credit from you. To date, we have not received a credit. Please advise if I need to do something else.

Negatives: overpriced for this hotel. no elevator.
