Positives: I had a place to sleep.

Negatives: The heat didn’t work. The person at the front desk didn’t check ID. I didn’t feel my wife was safe, the door handle was loose, there were men hanging out in the front lobby who according to them had been there for several hours and whose personal items were locked in a room which the management couldn’t access.

Negatives: The rooms were disgusting. Our first room was already open and not clean. Then our second room had no pillows, the one staff member there was unable to access the linen closet. The heater was so filthy we didn’t dare run it. The shade was broken so you couldn’t close it. The blankets were stained and smelt like cigarettes.
