the staff, there was an issue with my payment through booking.com and for some reason the hotel wasn’t notified that I prepaid essentially double charging me, they kept a hold on my card my entire visit until it was sorted out, I received updates from the general manager or assistance manager and I emailed them both with no response, also, the AC didn’t work well, blowing hot air, there were stains on the ceiling and the remote was missing the back to it

Cheery space, friendly staff. Easy to access location, good noise insulation-- there were some large groups in common spaces and noisy rooms we walked by but things were quiet when we got to our room.
Negatives:
Decent breakfast choices-- a bit annoying that it is a cost, but at least you keep it low. The door to the bathroom did not stay closed-- perhaps the floor is uneven so it kept rolling shut.
