Breakfast was awful. Toast with NO butter. Waffles with NO Syrup. When I mentioned it to the front desk. They couldn't care less. Would never stay with you again. Would sleep in my car.

Positives:
Hotel was nice and clean and a good location for attending the Cincy Open tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and the room was nice, smaller than some of the other places but since we were not in the room often, it was fine for us and a normal room size for most places. Parking was free. The breakfast was good especially for a free breakfast.
Negatives:
Room was a smaller than the one we stayed at the Hyatt Place. Mainly the Hyatt place had a sitting area with a pull out sofa and this room did not. But the price was better here and the room and hotel I think were a little cleaner and more up to date than at the Hyatt Place (at least from a few years ago). I like the location of this one better as it is closer to Summit Park and I walk in the morning.

Was first given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, the room we wound up in wasn’t much better. Bed felt dirty and sticky. Spots on curling and walls, shower curtain reeked.
