The had a gap at the bottom the door heating cover was off some. the bedspread was dirty and thin . The room was small There's $100 deposit for a non-smoking room. You get it back in 3 days to 5 days.shower water had rust color no wash towels.

Nothing. I prepaid for this room with your app and the hotel would not let me stay. I called your customer service and did not receive any refund. I'm out 85 bucks now because u wouldn't reimburse me! I didn't cancel my reservation,red roof did therefore the policy shouldn't pertain to me. U guys done me very wrong!

The door needed fix had to slam it to lock it, bed linen dirty wen I called to frame by desk to let him kno he said there were no one there to wash the linen wow! Bathroom small as ever, bunch of work trucks parked on the lot!! Looke nothing like the pics

Extremely dirty, incompetent staff, building in disrepair, no toilet paper or towels and had to basically beg staff to get some. Never staying there again.
