They also lie, they said it was ok to go put more money on my card and when I went to go do that they gave my wife 10 mins to get our stuff out, and the manager laughed and was on the phone laughing about what he was doing and the owner was putting him up to do it, on top of that he asked my wife if she slept with him we could stay my wife cried for hours... That place needs shut down the people need fired.. I'm pressing charges

Didnt like the fact I paid for the hotel for multiple
Nights online I get there and the lady made it seem like I did not pay she was very un trained on the proper procedure as another customer thats been there multiple times had to help. Finally after 15 mins of figuring this out and the worker telling me I didnt pay it was finally resolved. Then she proceeded to tell me if caught smoking in my room its a 200 fee when one I dont smoke and two the whole building smelled heavily of smoke!! It was Smokey walking through the hallways. When arriving I had to wait almost 23 minutes for anyone to even come check us in. As were checking in there was a plant that was over watered so there was water everywhere as my bag got wet. This was where we chose to stay for my wedding bc it seemed good online but getting there was a whole other story. Im not asking for anything but next time you might not have a group of people as calm as we were. That was extremely stressful!
